Faulty device / How to get a warranty replacement

It rarely happens, but if your device stop working, you may be covered by our 1 year manufacturer's warranty. This covers you should your product arrive damaged, or develop a mechanical fault for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Please check the above link for any exclusions and before contacting us, make sure you've checked our Getting Started Guides to make sure you are using your product correctly.

If your product is indeed faulty, simply reach out to out Customer Service Team using the chat feature here on our site, or visit https://www.kikipure.com/pages/contact to send us a message. A member of the team will then reach back out to you to arrange for your replacement and confirm if you need to return your faulty unit to us.
