Canceling / Changing your order

Modifying / Changing your Shipping Address

Please contact our support team or use the chat function on our website. As long as the order has not been shipped, we will do our best to make sure it is sent to the desired address. If the order has already been shipped, please contact the shipping company used (we provide the shipping company's details such as USPS in your confirmation email) and work with them to either hold your package for pickup or provide new delivery instructions.

How do I cancel my order?
