Tracking your order

Thanks for placing an order with KIKI Pure! We ship all our orders out within one business day, as long as we receive the order before 3pm Eastern Standard Time. You can use the information in this article to provide you with help on how to track your order.

Order confirmation by email

Once you've placed an order with us, we'll be sending tracking information and regular updates on the status of your shipment, directly to the email address you provided when completing your purchase. Make sure you check your spam folder just in case the email ended up in there! All emails from us will come from support@kikipure.com so make sure you add that address to your safe senders list.
In your order confirmation e-mail, you'll find links to track your order, including the tracking reference number, which you can click on to see the status in real time.

My Account

If you created an account with us when you purchased your product click here to access your account. You'll be able to see a history of all your orders in your My Account page. If you didn't create an account, please do so using the same email address you used to place your order. This will capture all your previous orders in your Account page.

Chat to us

You can click on the Chat icon at the bottom right hand corner of each page of our website. If you're already logged into your account, you'll be able to see all your recent orders. If you don't see your order, click on Order Status and enter in your order number and email address or phone number.

If all else fails, send us a message with your full name and shipping address and our team will help track the order down for you!
