If your KIKI Pure uses a genuine HEPA filter, it's important to make sure that you regularly replace it, in order to ensure that your device operates at peak performance. Our filters are designed to last anywhere between three to six months, but that will depend on how frequently you use your device and the environment within which you are using it.

For example, if you use your device once or twice a week, when traveling to and from work in the car, we would consider you to be a light user and would only need to replace the filter once every six months. However, if you use it every day for a few hours and in environments with poor air quality (for example if you're a smoker, or live in a city with high traffic), you really should replace the filter once every three month.

If you bought your KIKI Pure on our website, we'll send you reminder every three and six month after your purchase just why way of a reminder to replace your filter. They can be purchased from our shop, and also available at the other places where you bought your device
